Robert Richards, Ph.D. is a Principal Scientist and Project Manager at Stottler Henke. Dr. Richards manages the intelligent scheduling ProPlan project being deployed at Pfizer locations throughout the world. He is a project manager, research scientist, and mechanical engineer with education and experience in artificial intelligence, scheduling, optimization, and cross-disciplinary problem solution. He is one of the designers for the Critical Chain project management enhancement to Stottler Henke’s Aurora intelligent scheduling project management tool that is the foundation of ProPlan. Dr. Richards has many publications in the scheduling / project management domain, as well as publications in various other domains. Dr. Richards earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on machine learning from Stanford University.
